Bar carts of dreams

So last week I did a post on awesome bar carts accessories as I’m planing to do our cart up. So I thought I’d show you some of my inspiration. These carts are beautiful. So elegant it’s crazy.

I love how elegant this one is. My tea caddy turned bar cart, isn’t metal, which is a shame, as I would love to spray the whole thing gold, it’s also doesn’t feature glass, hence why I am looking at bar trays with mirror, to add that elegance in a different way.

I love all the little details on this cart. The gold cocktail shaker, the glass full of lemons and the ribbons. There’s just so much to look at.  You can have so much fun with the little details.

I think adding art work, either on the wall or on the cart itself is a great way to make your bar cart pop. Do some simple artwork yourself drink related. Cheers always goes down well! I love the black and white scheme here with the pop of pink . It’s truly pretty no?

Now I was totally dawn to this, and not just because the octopus artwork in the background which is fricking amazing. I like the idea of having the top shelf as a coffee table like set up. With the bar accessories below. Plus how amazing do those bookends look.

This is a pretty awesome set up. With the Chanel tray, the gold skull and the array of fashion magazines. This is what any fashionista needs in her home. Plus I love the idea of getting fancy alcohol just because it comes in pretty bottles. I’m a sucker for aesthetics.

This bar is amazingly stocked and I love the mismatch of glass and ceramics. Especially the oranges, I love the idea of having citrus fruit on our bar cart. Plus I love gold…it just looks amazing no?

I am hoping to have our bart cart up cycled and ready for Christmas, but with an 8 week old..who know’s if it will be done. It might be a slow steady project I can work on over the next few months. But hey watch this space.
